Located in Shenzhen, Guangdong, our factory spans 2,000 square meters, boasting advanced production lines and a highly skilled R&D team. With an annual production capacity exceeding 30,000 units, and supports OEM & ODM services. Major customer groups include software companies, hardware wholesalers and chain stores.

A few years ago, we received a plea for help from a South American customer. They were struggling with high failure rates in the POS machines they had introduced to their local market, leading to numerous returns and dissatisfied clients. Understanding the urgency, we promptly sent a team of engineers to the customer’s location to identify the root causes. Our analysis revealed that the issues stemmed from inadequate heat resistance and anti-static, and cut off the electricity for shutdown directly.

In response, our R&D team swiftly improved its heat resistance and anti-static design, and train customers to use and maintain the machines. Within just a few weeks, significantly reducing failure rates and helping our customer regain market trust.
