Manage Raw Materials

We work with strictly certified suppliers who must hold relevant environmental and quality management system certifications, which ensures that the raw materials they provide meet our quality requirements.

2. Raw material arrival inspection

All raw materials will undergo preliminary inspection when they arrive at the factory. Our quality inspection team will conduct visual inspections, dimensional measurements, and preliminary physical property tests on each batch of materials to ensure that the materials are consistent with the purchase order specifications.

3. Chemical and physical property testing

For key raw materials such as metal housings, plastic parts, and electronic components, we will conduct more in-depth chemical and physical property tests. This includes testing the strength, heat resistance, corrosion resistance and other indicators of the materials to ensure that they can maintain stable performance in harsh working environments.

4. Batch traceability and records

The test results of each batch of raw materials will be recorded in detail and batch management will be carried out. This allows us to trace the source of materials at any stage of the product life cycle and ensure the transparency and traceability of quality control.
