Assembling products

Motherboard assembly:

Place the circuit board (PCB) in the predetermined position inside the host housing. Ensure that the circuit board fits the housing accurately to facilitate subsequent fixing and connection. Confirm that all components on the circuit board are in the correct position and are not damaged.

Touch screen installation:

Blow off the dust on the touch screen and wipe it clean, carefully install it on the front panel of the host housing, ensure that the touch screen is aligned with the housing and firmly fixed. Ensure that the connection interface of the touch screen is correctly docked with the touch controller on the circuit board.

Connector installation:

Install various connectors, such as power connector, data interface connector, etc. Connectors need to be properly inserted and fixed to ensure stable power and signal transmission.

Internal wiring:

Perform internal wiring to connect power lines, signal lines, data lines, etc. to various components. Ensure that the wiring is neat and does not interfere with other components and ensure that the wires have good contact with the connectors.

Signal transmission:

Ensure that signal lines (such as touch signals, video signals, etc.) are correctly connected, and perform signal stability checks to ensure that there is no interference or signal loss.

Interface component installation:

Install various interface modules, such as USB ports, HDMI ports, power ports, etc., and ensure that they are accurately positioned on the host housing and firmly fixed.

Interface test:

Perform functional tests on the installed interfaces to check the plug-in stability and signal transmission of each interface.
