Packaging Department

The Packaging Department plays a crucial role in ensuring that touch all-in-one machines, kiosks, scanners, printers, monitors, POS terminals, and KDSs are properly prepared for shipment, safeguarding them during transit.

We select high-quality packaging materials, including corrugated boxes, protective foam inserts, and bubble wrap, to ensure the safe transport of our products. These materials are chosen for their durability and protective properties.

For certain orders, we may use custom-designed packaging that aligns with the specific requirements of the product or customer preferences.

Before packaging, each product undergoes a final inspection to ensure it is free from defects and meets quality standards. Any necessary cleaning or touch-ups are performed.Products are carefully cleaned and checked to remove any dust or fingerprints that might have accumulated during production.

Packaging boxes are assembled using manual methods. Each box is labeled with important information, including product details, and barcodes. 

Once the product is securely placed inside the box, it is sealed using high-quality tape or adhesive to prevent any tampering or accidental opening during transit.A final security check is performed to ensure that all packaging is properly sealed and labeled.

Sometimes, we perform impact tests to evaluate the effectiveness of our packaging in protecting the product from damage during transit.

We try to use recyclable and environmentally friendly packaging materials, implementing sustainable packaging practices to reduce waste and minimize the environmental impact.
